Still mainly tents, if you look to the upper left of this photograph you will see the Montgomery Hotel. Built on Main
Street in 1905 by Robert Montgomery.

Montgomery Hotel
The Montgomery Hotel was completed in October of 1905 and
became a landmark in Beatty. The cost was $25,000. In 1908 the hotel was moved to
the town of Pioneer where it became the Holland Hotel and was burned in the fire
of May 1908.
